days of our lives

So here we are in Shaunavon, doing Shaunavon things and loving our time with Grammie and Papa and cousins, all the while counting down to A VERY SPECIAL DAY.

Things of note:

- Janie lost 1000 teeth while we were in Shaunavon. Okay - two. But the two front ones and it was a very traumatic time.
- Joe surprised my by very nonchalantly doing a flip off the high diving board. He is a cautious evaluator of risk and is usually more of an observer of these types of activities. But, for some reason, not today.
- The Frosty Treat is still delicious.
- The cousins played so much together. In the basement. At the park. In the backyard. The boys were especially lost in their games throughout the week. Three cheers for their connection.
- Papa can fit a lot of people in a tractor cab. That's all the kids minus Joe. Joe, our very early riser, was up and eating breakfast and then went with him for a morning of swathing. We drove out later with the rest of the kids for their turn.
- Walker and Cash remain adorable.
