Joseph's no-fail guide to rolling

Follow these easy steps and you, too, can be rolling. 

Step 1: Start in a relaxed position, lying on back. Begin swinging arms and legs.

Step 2: Tuck arms in. Swing right leg over left.

Step 3: Lift head using super strong neck and stomach muscles. Lean left. 

Step 4: Keep going.

Step 5: Voila. The results may surprise even yourself.

This week Joseph is:

1) the recipient of another doctor Stamp of Approval;

2) 13 pounds 10.5 ounces;

3) 26.5 inches long;

4) keenly interested in his toes;

5) jumping through the roof (see below);

6) holding his head up high during tummy time;

7) practicing sit-ups;

8) still puking;

9) loving the outdoors; and

10) laughing, laughing, laughing (also see below).

four months

Joseph is four months old today. And, yes, he is a monkey. How lucky are we to have a monkey.

This weekend we introduced Joseph to Easter and thanked God for His Son, our son, and the sun. And among the grand festivities were hot cross buns, an Easter egg hunt (mostly as a photo op... Joseph didn't really get it), Church, Easter lunch with the Flaherty Family, and a walk along Daffodil Path.

Life is good. Alleluia, alleluia.

We started out well... Joseph demonstrated vigour and curiosity...

He fell asleep in his bouncy chair. Joseph never falls asleep in his bouncy chair. But that's how boring he must find the "arts."
