We heart pac-man

I like hallowe'en to be a regular, non-scary day (even if Dad phones and makes ghost noises). So that means carving non-scary pumpkins. Although, I suppose it is kind of scary for the ghost if he's about to be eaten by pac-man. Sorry ghost.

Just keep running

This was the cup I got at Starbucks after David and I went for a long run today (reward, treat, bribery, whatever). I thought it was an appropriate kick in the pants.

Having our Phil of fun

Thanks Lisel and Philel for the most wonderful, awesome, splendid fall day of 2007... we had so much picking apples, cleaning oil off the floor, and feasting on fondue. We already knew we were blessed to have Schmisel as such a good friend, so now we are extra happy that we get to add Phil as a friend. Yippee!!

And as for the apple-picking... thanks, Chudleigh's. The apples are, seriously, the size of your head.

You're a turkey

We did it! We made thanksgiving turkey and no one got salmonella. Hurray! This is us with Andrea and Binu before eating the golden bird. Proof that we really are okay and not diseased is that I'm writing this blog entry.

Fall-ing

It's a lovely time of year... perfect for frolicking families.... Here is my friend Gillian, her husband Abby, and their wee ones, Lacey and Lyla (and of course, the wee-est one of them all, whom you can't see, in Gillian's belly).
