Joseph likes to emphasize the "tt"s in Matt's name. Anyway, that's why we went home to Shaunavon. For Matt. He was confirmed on May 10 and we got to be there to cheer him on. And of course, we went to Shaunavon for all the other people, too, having fun playdates with Papa, Mammie, Becca, Kaycee, Ireland, Auntie Chelle, Uncle Al, all the cows, Uncles Jason, Auntie Paige, and Great-Mamma. my early mother's day
... was today! Joseph (and Daddy) surprised me with a super-duper surprise... a brand new Nikon. A big fancy one with a zoom lens. So we went outside to try it out... here's Joe posing.

A 16-month-old is too young to finger paint with fabric paint. It does not come off easily. So we're putting off crafting in this house for another few years.
