summer fun things: last hurrah

This is our getaway from the every day. Or maybe our (my) getaway from the reality that summer is coming to an end and we need to go back to school and wake up at regular times and pack lunches and do homework and all of that. Hmph. I sound really lazy. Anyway, just before we go back to all that, we went to have a bit of fun doing this. Surprised the kids with an overnight to Great Wolf Lodge for a water-sliding extravaganza. It was pretty awesome. We are all excellent sliders. See? Not lazy after all.
